The Junior Program at the Saskatoon Golf and Country Club is focused on introducing young players to the game and promoting positive values. The goal is to make the game fun and enjoyable for Junior players and encourage positive golf experiences for the whole family.
Memberships include “family access” for immediate family members to enjoy use of the Club’s practice facilities, including the 3-Hole Practice Loop. The Practice Loop includes 3 regulation golf holes that are separate from the regular course. No tee time is required, and mulligans are allowed and encouraged! This area is ideal for young Junior Players to learn the game.
Junior Memberships include the following golf lessons and regular league play at no extra charge:
May 27th - Junior Orientation & Group Lessons @ 3:00 (Driving Range)
June 3rd - Junior Group Lessons @ 3:00 (Driving Range & Practice Loop)
June 10th - Junior Group Lessons @ 3:00 (Driving Range & Practice Loop)
June 17th - Junior Group Lessons @ 3:00 (Driving Range & Practice Loop)
June 24th - Junior Scramble @ 2:00 (Practice Loop & Regular Course)
League Play: Sunday Afternoons @ 2:00 July 8, 15, 22, 29, Aug 5, 12, 26
2018 Junior Membership Fees:
Junior-Junior (age 9-12)
$250.00 (Membership Dues) + $30 (Golf SK Fee) + GST = $294.00
Junior (13-18)
$500.00 (Membership Dues) + $30 (Golf SK Fee) + GST = $556.50
*New for 2018: “Foursome 4-for-3 Promotion” Four can join for the price of 3 (Membership Dues) provided at least 2 Juniors in the foursome are new to the Saskatoon Golf and Country Club. A limited of 60 spots are available.
Junior Memberships are available to ages 18 and under on January 1st of the current season. Playing privileges are available anytime Monday-Friday after 7:00 am, or after 1:00 on weekends. Junior Members accompanied by an adult Member or Guest can play anytime. Junior-Junior Members age 9-12 enjoy the same privileges but must be accompanied by a Member age 16 or older, unless given permission by the Pro Shop staff or Junior Committee.
