The Annual General Meeting for the Saskatoon Golf and Country Club will take place on January 23, 2024, at 7:00 pm in person at the SGCC Clubhouse, and online via Zoom.
To participate online, we require registration in advance:
- Registration to attend online is available <HERE> until 12pm on January 22th
- Registered online participants will receive a Zoom link on January 22nd and reminder on January 24th

Members may submit questions <
HERE> in advance for the Q&A session. Depending on the number of questions, the Board and Management may provide answers directly, or to the membership in advance. Member name and question may be published as written.

Voting will occur online in advance from Tuesday Jan. 16th at 12 pm until Friday Jan. 19th at 12 pm.
Eligible voters* will receive an email on Tuesday with a link to Simply Voting which provides a secure and anonymous voting platform. Anyone who cannot access the online platform may contact the office for assistance, or cast a vote in-person at the SGCC Office during the voting period.
*Eligible voters are all members in good standing currently in one of the club's voting categories.
