The Spring Thaw presented by Collision Plus Autobody (Dale Huber) is on this weekend with 9:00 Shotgun Starts each day. Follow the weekend scoring <HERE> online.

The Practice Loop and back of the range will be closed tomorrow from 10:30-1:30 for the Junior Spring Thaw.

Fun Fact: Today is the first day of Grab n' Go BBQ Season. It will be available tomorrow, but not Sunday...than Friday-Sunday next weekend.

Regular Sunday Brunches start this weekend...on Sunday of course.

Spring greens aeration is scheduled for Monday & Tuesday (weather permitting) which means it will be 9-hole play only until around 2:00 pm each day.

Tuesday’s Men’s Night is sponsored by SGCC. We want to remind those registered again of the aeration plans. Please advise any guests accordingly.

Wednesday Women’s Night is also sponsored by SGCC.

Save the Date…for the SGCC Patio Party on June 22nd with food stations, drink specials, prize giveaways and live music on the deck.

The Reliance Gregg’s Central Amateur has 53 confirmed entries. Tournament dates this year are June 29, 30, and July 1. Information and registration is available <HERE> on the tournament page.

Flags at the Club have been lowered for yesterday’s passing of Ron Whiteside, who joined SGCC in 1971 and was awarded Honorary status in 2023. Ron was the SGGC Men’s Club Champion in 1986 and Senior Men’s Club Champion in 1998. He won the Saskatchewan Senior Men’s Championship 3 times and played in numerous National Championships. In 1992, Ron was a member of the Saskatchewan Senior Men’s Team that won the Canadian Senior Men’s Team Championship.



Volunteers are needed for the Canadian Men’s Amateur August 3-8…with rounds at SGCC August 3-6. Information on the tournament is available <HERE> on Golf Canada’s tournament page.
