Membership Billing for 2026 has been processed, and statements were issued by email last week. Any changes that were received in advance should be reflected on the statement. Otherwise, members were billed in the same category as they were last year. Changes going forward can be made by contacting the office and having a new statement issued. Here are some things to know about the statement:
- The annual dues billing has multiple lines for playing fees, capital assessment, club fee, and any add-ons.
- The “capital assessment” is not a new fee, but rather a portion of the annual dues. It is the same as last year and has been a portion of the dues for the past 10-years.
- The “club fee” is an additional fee that covers Golf Saskatchewan fees, and hole-in-one insurance.
- Membership Fees are Due by April 1st
- The F&B Minimum ($450) is not billed at this time. Categories that pay the minimum are billed at the end of March and payment is due in April.
- There is a 2% fee added to payments made by credit card. This applies to all portions of the membership dues when paid in full by credit card.
- Alternative payment types include: Etransfers, Online Banking, cheques, and in-person debit.
- The online payment option (which is credit card based) is not available until after the April 1 dues payment deadline.
Winter Club Fittings are available now. The SGCC Pro shop uses Trackman technology and an indoor hitting bay to custom fit clubs from Titleist, Ping, Callaway, TaylorMade and Srixon. The Club Calendar has been updated with 2026 dates for SGCC Majors, corporate tournaments, and popular social events like the Season Opener and Patio Party. Leagues and additional dining events will be added when finalized. Note that the Reliance Gregg’s Central Amateur will be a 2-day event this year on June 27th & 28th.
