SGCC is making it easier for you to make payments to your account! We are now accepting Online Payments for convenience and added security:
- Online payments can be made anytime
- You control the card input information and access
- More secure than reading your card number over the phone
- Definitely safer than sending your card number in an email.
The process is like other payment portals that exist for utilities and similar accounts with monthly billing. When accessing the portal, you can either make a 1-time payment from your bank/credit card or you can setup recurring payments that fit your schedule. (Note: members should NOT select a recurring date before the 6th of the month - this gives us a chance to fully process your account statement and month end).
TO MAKE A 1-TIME PAYMENT
STEP 1: Go to the Website - Login - Click 'Member Central' - Click 'My Statement'
STEP 2: Click 'Pay Now' for 1-time payment
STEP 3: Choose Credit/Debit or Bank Account (the first time you will have to enter your card/account information - you can click yes to save your information for future payments)
STEP 4: Choose Amount (it will default to the balance due amount from your statement, but you put in a custom amount)
STEP 5: Option to receive email notifications when payments are processed (if this option is clicked but email address and phone number are not provided you will not be able to proceed with payment)
STEP 6: Click 'Submit Payment' (a confirmation page gives you the option to print your receipt)

RECURRING PAYMENTS
STEP 1: Go to the Website - Login - Click 'Member Central' - Click 'My Statement'
STEP 2: Click 'Make Recurring Payment'
STEP 3: Under Create New Recurring Payment, select your payment interval, payment mode (fixed amount = custom amount, Account Balance = statement balance), payment expiration and start date (this date should not be before the 6th of the month)
STEP 4: Choose your Credit/Debit or Bank Account (the first time you will have to enter your card/account information - you can click yes to save your information for future payments)
STEP 5: Option to receive email notifications when payments are processed (if this option is clicked but email address and phone number are not provided you will not be able to proceed with payment)
STEP 6: Click 'Submit Payment' (a confirmation page shows a breakdown of the new payment that you set up)

NOTE: If you are already on 'Balance Clearing' (we have your credit card on file and process it for you) we will continue to process in your behalf. You MUST let the office know if you plan to do it yourself, as we need to remove you from our automated payment system. Failure to do this will result in duplicate payments being made.
If you are on the Monthly Payment Plan for membership dues, there is no change. Your monthly membership charges will continue to be billed and processed by the office.
Online Payment Policies
- Online Payments will be applied to your account the next business day.
- Online payments will only be available from May 1 - November 1 each year. If there is an occurrence where you are able to pay your membership dues via online payments with a credit card, the 2% admin fee will be charged to your account manually when the payment is applied.
- This payment method is NOT available for monthly membership payments
- Credit cards can not be edited; they must be removed and re-entered
- Recurring payments can not be edited; they must be removed and re-entered.
